I look at each engagement through the lens of strategy, structure, systems and people, seeking an integrated approach that shapes the organization’s desired outcomes and culture. My approach is informed by conversations with leaders and teams to ensure that what we design together meets strategic objectives, while building internal capacity to make sure that what we build sticks for the long term.
